Arthur H Perlen

With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Arthur has been involved in management, leasing, sales and development of retail properties. Arthur has been involved in site selection work with national credit, single tenant developments as well as land assemblages for large retail centers including grocery-anchored centers. Additionally, Arthur has assisted retailers in the disposition of their surplus real estate effecting both sales and leases/subleases.


Clients have included OfficeMax, General Nutrition Centers, Norwalk Furniture, Walgreens Drugs, Castle Dental Centers, Harris Teeter, Homeplace, Verizon Wireless, Red Robin, Krispy Kreme, Leslie’s Pool Supplies, AC Moore, Morton’s, GE Capital, and Office Depot. Disposition clients have included OfficeMax, Office Depot, Advance Auto, and GE Franchise Capital.

Perlen specializes in retail leasing and sales in the Tennessee market and provides commercial real estate services on an exclusive and/or special assignment basis in other markets the Southeast Region. His responsibilities include landlord representation, tenant representation, outparcel sales and investment sales of real properties. Perlen also has experience with investment property sales especially in the area of single tenant retail real estate. Perlen has extensive experience as a retail investor and manager, having purchased and managed numerous retail properties for his own
