Tennsouth is a small accounting and real estate brokerage firm formed in the spring of 2006, providing clients with general brokerage services, landlord and tenant representation, due diligence preparation and review for acquisitions and dispositions, and various consulting services for Windrose Medical Properties Trust.

Responsible for the operation of the Eastern Region of the Property Management Department which consists of 38 Professional and Medical office buildings totaling 1,685,650 square feet in ten cities and six states.
