Joseph has 17 years in the retail real estate industry. Along with having represented national and local Landlords, his business included representing Tenants such as McDonald’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, Del Taco, Taco Bell, Bojangle’s, Sonic, Dollar Tree, Rite Aid, Golden Corral, PDQ, Corelife Eatery, Mission BBQ, Blackfinn Ameripub, Redneck Riviera, Big Onion Tavern Group, J’Alexanders, Hyde Park, Great Clips, Moe’s BBQ, Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar, Tom’s Urban, Tropical Smoothie, Twin Peaks, and several others in a Tenant representation role. Joseph has also carved out a niche in the Restaurant portion of the industry focusing on planning and expansion for restaurant groups both National and local throughout the state of Tennessee. Having been involved in retail businesses since the age of 10, and a 5 year run as a chef with a private catering company, Joseph has a unique understanding of customer thinking and buying patterns along with eating patterns which assists in his ability to place Tenants with the right location. Being a native Nashvillian, Joseph has an in depth understanding of all of the various markets and demographics in Davidson County and the entire State of Tennessee.
