William Shell

Shell specializes in retail leasing and sales in the greater Nashville area. Licensed in Tennessee, he regularly assists clients in site selection, leasing and special assets disposition throughout the state of Tennessee. Shell provides exclusive tenant representation to national retailers as well as local businesses. He also provides landlord representation in both sales and leasing for local investors as well as institutional owners. Clients have included Jet’s Pizza, Mariner Finance, Rita’s Water Ice, and US Bank.
